Healthy Banana Bread

Yield: 1 loaf 

Ingredients                                                    Amount 

Flour                                                               1 C

Whole Wheat Flour                                     1 ½ C

Wheat Germ, or Bran                                     ½ C

Salt                                                                  1 t

Baking Soda                                                    2 t

Butter, melted                                              1 stick

Sugar                                                             ½ C

Brown Sugar                                                  ½ C

Eggs                                                                 3

Bananas, mashed                                           3 ripe 

Method: 

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
