A yummy way to start the day! 

RAW HONEY BANANA SHAKE

1 banana 
1 / 2  cup milk  
3 teaspoons Wheat germ 
1 teaspoon Really Raw Honey 
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Blend in blender until banana is dissolved

Oats                                                                  3 C

Sunflower seeds, peanut free                              1 C

Pecans, chopped                                                  1 C

Salt                                                                        ½ t

Brown sugar                                                      1/3 C

Oil                                                                        ¾ C

Honey                                                                   ½ C

Vanilla                                                                   1 T

Dried Fruit                                                             2 C
